Leather & Trainer Cleaning Workshop – A Recap

Written by Marketing Team Read time 2 mins

Recently, we had the pleasure of hosting our Skills Workshop on Leather and Trainer Cleaning, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with how it turned out!

Held at our training facilities in Feltham, this workshop was all about bringing industry professionals from across the UK together to dive deep into the art and science of caring for high-value garments—especially leather goods and trainers. With an increasing demand for specialist garment care, especially in the luxury and trainer market, we felt it was the perfect time to offer a hands-on session to showcase just how much potential there is for businesses in this area.

The Workshop Highlights

Throughout the day, attendees were treated to expert demonstrations and a series of practical sessions on the best ways to clean delicate, high-performance materials. Whether it was luxury leather jackets or the latest in high-end trainers, our team was on hand to demonstrate how the Electrolux Lagoon® Advanced Care system can be used to clean and restore these items safely and effectively.

We wanted to make sure that everyone left with not just theory but real, actionable knowledge, so there was plenty of time for hands-on practice. From wet cleaning techniques to understanding the nuances of various fabrics and finishes, delegates were able to get up close and personal with the gear, making sure they knew exactly how to apply these methods to their own businesses.

If you weren’t able to attend this time, don’t worry—there will be plenty more opportunities coming up! Stay tuned to our website and social media for the latest updates, and be sure to sign up for future workshops.

A huge thanks to everyone who joined us, and we can’t wait to see what the future holds for this fantastic community of professionals!
