Operating from a 25,000 sq ft purpose-built facility in Dagenham, the business serves some of London's most prestigious five-star hotels, including The Dorchester, The Peninsula London, and The Ritz.
To maintain its exacting standards, the company has invested in a new Pony SteamBlow Tunnel Finisher, supplied and installed by Wavepoint Group, replacing an ageing unit that had reached the end of its working life. The installation has delivered immediate results, with notable improvements in both throughput and finish quality across the operation.
Royal Jersey operates around the clock, employs 150 staff, and processes 40 tons of linen per day - making reliable, high-performance finishing equipment critical to the business. The Pony SteamBlow, installed by Wavepoint Group, is already proving its worth, helping the team meet the demanding expectations of London's luxury hotel sector.
