Background
Crown Tailoring & Dry Cleaning, predominantly running as a tailoring and alterations shop in Kingston, were keen to branch out into eco-friendly dry cleaning.
They had been using a third-party dry cleaner to process their cleaning for them, but after reviewing the quantity of garments coming into their shop and the cost involved in processing them, they decided that by installing their own cleaning system, it would more than pay for itself.
With this exciting business concept, they were keen get the ball rolling.
Solution

After visiting our state-of-the-art showroom and testing facility for a series of machine demonstrations, Crown Tailoring & Dry Cleaning finalised plans to offer Wet Cleaning and eco-friendly laundry, alongside a range of finishing services; on top of their well-renowned tailoring and alterations services.
To accommodate the extra machinery, Crown Tailoring & Dry Cleaning moved to a larger facility directly opposite their old shop, which now boasts:

Being the only shop in the area to offer such environmentally-friendly garment cleaning services, will increase profitability and position them as a market leader.
Following installation, Michael J Michael, Wavepoint Group Technical Sales Manager and Master Lagooner, ran a 2-day training session to ensure staff were comfortable with using their new equipment.
