From running a dry cleaner to leading our technical sales

Before joining Wavepoint Group in 2006, Michael ran his own dry cleaning business. That experience has stayed at the heart of everything he does. He knows first-hand the pressures our customers face, from keeping garments to a high standard to keeping a busy operation running smoothly.

That practical understanding is what makes his advice so valuable. Whether he is helping a business choose the right equipment or training a team to use it, Michael brings patience, clear guidance and a genuine willingness to share what he knows. The result is customers who get the very best from their machines, and teams who feel confident using them.

A Master Lagooner

Michael's expertise in wet cleaning is widely recognised. In 2018 he was named an Electrolux Professional Master Lagooner, an achievement that reflects years of dedication to the Lagoon Advanced Care system and to helping customers adopt it successfully.
