Wavepoint Group are proud and delighted to announce our sponsorship of the inaugural Laundry and Drycleaning Awards, LADA's, being held on 22 April 2015 at The Royal Berkshire Conference Centre. This new industry award is being organised by Meg Events Limited who also bring you the biennial Clean Ex exhibition.
These awards aim to celebrate skills, recognise hard work, identify role models and either give encouragement for future careers, or recognise past contributions for companies and individuals in the Wavepoint Group would like to invite you to get involved and start nominating. We know that there are some amazing people doing some amazing work out there. This is your time to shine!
The seven award categories are:
- Trainee/apprentice of the year
- Best newcomer to the industry
- Best new product
- Most innovative company
- Most environmental and sustainable award - green impact award
- Training and education in the workplace
- Lifetime contribution
How to enter
Unless otherwise stated, you can either enter yourself of nominate an individual or company. You must stick to the word count and give concrete examples of claims. If any information is of a commercially sensitive nature, please indicate this and it will not be used in any publicity and the judges will respect your confidence. By entering the awards you agree to take part in surrounding publicity and for information in your entry to be used, unless indicated. Brochures, photos, press cuttings – if they support your case, are welcome, send them in with your entry. Please note that these cannot be returned, so do not send originals.
